Pray and walk for peace

For the Sydney metropolitan area:
PRINCE ALFRED PARK cnr Church St & Victoria Road, Parramatta

1.00pm CHRISTIAN LITURGY Homily: Revd Dr Ray Williamson

to be followed by reflections & prayers by people of other faiths.

1.40pm – walk to Parramatta Town Hall for speeches, music from Urban Guerrillas.

It is an appropriate day for us, as Christians, to express our faith, hope and commitment to peace in action by joining with others who work for peace – it is a form of public witness to God and to our faith in Jesus Christ.
